| On Saturday September 28 the Red Knights chapter 2 joined up with the Chester County Patriot chapter to assist the Fame Fire Company with the Pennsylvania State Parade.
The morning start at 6am, our job was to take apparatus from the judging area to the 7 different staging locations. This detail was not easy with the traffic congestion in town and the 1000's of people walking around as it was West Chester University family day. Moving contently for the most part of the morning around 1245 the last of 380 plus fire trucks were staged and the parade was on its way.
After our detail was over some headed home and other sat and enjoyed the 3 1/2 parade. |
