| The Lancaster County Fire Expo took place at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg on May 20, 21, and 22. The 27 Pennsylvania Chapters of the Red Knights all went together and purchased an exhibiters booth for this year's event.
The Red Knights had two agenda's for this event, first and foremost we wanted to raise awareness to Motorcycle safety, and second was to raise awareness of the club in hopes to recruit additional members throughout not only Pa. but all states represented by the visitors of the convention.
To achieve this, members of the club greeted guest and handed out professionally made hand outs, and provided prospects with the information needed to get started such as the chapters presidents name, number, and e-mail addresses.
This year at the expo several fire companies from our area had new apparatus on display by their respective manufacturers before heading to their respective station to be placed in service.
