| On Sunday October 12, 2008 the Red Knights traveled to Smaltz's Harley Davidson for a fallen biker run. Seven members for the chapter made the 40 mile ride that ended at the Somewhere Saloon in Valley Township Chester County.
The ride was a benefit run to help Greg Myers. Greg was involved in a motorcycle accident on Route 345 early last month Greg was taken to a trauma center and had fractures of both arms and other internal injuries. Greg's friend found out of the extensive medical bills he had and will be accruing through out his recovery so they set this ride up to help.
20+ bikes made the ride from Smaltz's up Route 100 to 23 to 10 to 30 into the Somewhere saloon. At the saloon rides had a chance at numerous items in a silent action. Riders had the chance to put their bikes in a bike show and register for a tattoo contest. Riders had time to socialize and sit down to have a bit to eat and a few drinks before all winners were announced.
All proceeds where turned over to Greg at the end of the day which was $875.00.
